I do hope that she doesn't put winning awards as a priority this year, or as validation of her music. Especiallybsince its been proven that winning isn't really based on your being the most deserving of a particular award, but is based on popularity with those in power at the time and their perception of who in getting said award brings most attention to the awarding organization.
if she forgets the awards and the desire to please critics and fans and just makes from-the-heart music with her own style and words, her next album will be as good as anything anyone else puts out and better than most. Plus it will satisfy her more as well as true music appreciators
