Stupid as hell, I don't get why you'd make the passing requirements HARDER when Atlanta is known for the biggest national cheating scandals with teachers since the students are so dumb.

It works both ways child. That must mean the grade boundaries above F are small. So in theory a C grade UK student can get an A on a US paper
