First, wasn't the release of the album, frond-loaded?
Second, she seems to doing very well on her tour and is beloved but this lead us to something else that the GP isn't stupid, not die hard fans pay more then a hundred dollars for the show, so they download illegal the album.
And at least, I give you this, that I do wonder myself when her Brit performance of XO gets many raving reviews, it's not resulting in any single sales, that's quite astonishing.
