You should probably just submit a help request if you want to make sure it gets looked at, but I think the mods said Female MJ falls under the nickname rule now After it got so out-of-hand earlier this year.
Does the 3 month period for changing your username count the missing days in February or no? I changed mine on February 16th and was hoping to change it today.

No, the missing days are not counted as you should wait 90 days to change it
