I miss her so much. So unfortunate how she wasn't able to overcome her demons.
Awwww He Can Only Hold Her is like my favourite song of hers
I don't exactly know why I had such an emotional connection with her. I remember I saw her once in Covent Gardens in London a few months before she died she didn't look that bad, I genuinely thought she got herself together
At least now we know she's not suffering anymore, that she's (hopefully) in a better place.
I was shocked when Cory died, I thought the teacher was going to be the first one to go.
Amy left too soon though, I still remember the pic of her body inside a red bag.
I had a weird feeling of relief once I heard MJ died, but not necessarily in the way you might think. More in the "now that circus is finally over and no further degradation can occur" way.
Weren't you the same one who had the post I posted in your signatue for awhile.
"I didn't know MJ was a singer until he died".
But he died like 5 years ago, so I was like in 5th grade. Most kids thought he was just a pedophile tbh...
This is so weird to hear. I'm nearly 17 and pretty much all of my friends have known of MJ and his legacy/plenty of his iconic songs since the age of about 5. I always assume absolutely everyone knows of him, regardless of the paedophile allegations.
The intro to "Lemonade" is 110% influenced by Ke$ha.
Did Ke$ha ghost-write those intro bars on the record?
Oooo, it's hot.
Love it when I'm flexin' up in my car
Door swing, open from my passenja'
Look up in the mirror, fix my mascara
People wanna know, "Who the hell is hah?"
Drop top ridin' in my Coupé de Ville
I stay mobbin' in my hoopty steel
Rattle in the trunk, when I play the track
Swerve to the left, yellin' holla' back.
It really is a shame that the intro is the only good part
of "Lemonade," and the rest of the song is trash.

What a horrible day that was.
Spent the day out with family and friends, came back and saw the news about Amy. I cried listening to her album that day. Only (recent) death that actually affected me though i'll be in bits when GENIE rejoins Etta
I live in England. We finish late July unless you're doing GCSE or A2 exams
Like I'm off school now for exams but I have to go back in June. Sucks tbh.
I still have to go to college ugh
You're only allowed to miss a lesson once you've done the exams for that lesson, and I still have to come back later in June :/

Hmm that's odd, considering how omnipresent his music has always been--even when he was a pedo druggie. My small brother's like 14 (meaning he was 9 then) and he knew literally all those songs then.
And we don't have a single MJ record in the house.
You can't call me crazy for not knowing his music when if you'd show any 10 year old a picture of this man and called him a pedophile they'd believe it.
