May be you got that WP because the OP asked you to choose between two options and you posted a "pointless" answer (none) according to the mods.

Maybe the best would have been not to comment in the thread unless there was a "NONE" option . It's understandable you may find that your WP unfair and you can always send a Help Request for a better feedback as well as appealing the warning. I hope this was helpful.
