Madonna's YouTube views are low because her songs are spread through different accounts and are unavailable to watch in many markets. I live in Canada (one of her most loyal territories) and cannot watch more than half her videos, and many are in low quality.
I suspect this situation has something to do with her move to Live Nation from WB.
