Anyone else think that Gaga bases her opening acts for the sound on the next album? I mean like she uses it to prepare for the new sound she's working with?
TMB = Rock bands (BTW had rock influences in the songs)
BTWB = EDM openers (ARTPOP had EDM influences on it)
artRAVE = KPOP, JPOP sound
It was great and the videos do not do her live singing ANY justice. It really is amazing how much she is moving and singing powerfully throughout the whole show.
The best place is to indeed stand between the main stage and the first catwalk. However, when it gets to gypsy move to the back. thats what I told my friends to do and im glad we did, because you would miss all of gypsy if we stayed there. Theres enough time to move since there is a 3 minute pause.
Highlights of the night=guy, donatella, venus, dwuw, bad romance, swine, and gypsy.
also, the runway can obstruct your view at times but when she comes to your section it really feels like she looks into everyones eyes and sings to them.
my only complaint was the moms in front of me. They were not moving and complaining about everything (sweating, people brushing up against them, etc.)
Can she just sing a full version of DWUW? It is the best song on album and she sings like 2 minutes of The Voice version. Wtf? It's not like her hip will break again if she sings it

I giggled.
I am ready for the videos of the smash live performance of Brooklyn Nights tonight.
