I wish they'd add at least one or two Mexico dates while they're at it, maybe one Mexico and one Brazil? I know she doesn't really want to do SA/LA, for kind of obvious reasons, but it's not cool to just ignore them altogether when they continue to support her.
It's going to be ok. I thought it was worse.
Stade De France was sold out.

And 3000 tickets left for tonight isn't bad at all. She could easily sell half of those tonight.
It wasn't just sold-out because a friend of mine, who hesitated to go, decided to join me and bought a ticket late in the afternoon after work.
It was almost sold-out yes but the stadium capacity for Gaga's concert was 76k, tickets were still available at the ticket office.
Billboard reported it as sold-out like usually for Gaga, even if it's not.
I'm just here to be realistic, sorry. Not intended to offend, or discredit her and her sale.
What is bad about tonight is that she was about to have a 14k attendance. One of the biggest of the NA leg, but it's not happening anymore.
Almost but not totally. The stadium capacity for Gaga concert was 76k, tickets were still available.

Because it was sold-out
"Stadium capacity" means nothing.
Madonna's MDNA tour @ Stade De France: around 62,000 people and it was sold out.
RIhanna's Diamonds Tour @ SDF: around 75,000 people.
It depends on the stage the pit. If Billboard said it was sold, then it was. I do agree there were still tickets the day of the show, tho.

Madonna's show wasn't sold-out too. Gaga's capacity was the same as all the big artists. Even Gaga said she was playing for 75k. And believe me that Gaga's stage was not as big as you think in stadiums. Many people said that the stage was too small and not adapted to stadiums. 4,000 more people would have been welcomed with no problem at all.
Billboard reports numbers that promoters give to them.
Promoters are most of time claiming shows as sold-out, even if it's not. Trust me.

Please stop, or just leave if this is all you have to contribute to this thread. "Like usual for Gaga" give me a god damn break. Billboard does this for every artist if they were able to increase on a general attendance number for each venue, as determined by them, or make a certain amount of profit. If 1000 tickets are left unsold but they're mostly higher-level cheap tickets, it could still be reported as sold out.
And as I said, this is the same for every artist. Gaga is not a special case so stop acting like she is. On the other hand, as many others in this thread have already said, scalpers and alternative sales websites buy tickets when they first go on sale to sell later at a higher price. Those tickets are not all sold by the time the show begins, and there are A LOT of websites out there that do this. Regardless, those tickets still count as sales, even if the seats are empty.
If the show was reported as sold out, it was sold out. How about you go dig into the sales and tour records of some other big name artists who can't even make half of what Gaga makes touring.
Nn they claimed the Oslo show was 14,955/14,955 or something which would mean sold-out, even if it can take 10K more
She will do more this time for sure though
I artRave-ified by avi and sig and omg @ the Donatella remix thingy at the end there! YESS

So if this is the same for every tour promoter and every artist why should anyone care? The numbers reported by Billboard are the ones considered as official receipts anyway.

It has just start with the fact that I said that Gaga's concert at Stade de France was 93% filled, which one of the biggest attendance. However, I'm not a hater, I'm in love with Gaga, I like her work, her creativity, I follow her since her first days in the industry, I'm not here to force people to face reality. I apologize for the inconveniences. Let's restart on good bases together.

I just think this is a pointless discussion; there's absolutely no problem.
