Jay-Z is obviously a weak link. He's not a threat. Solange would have knocked him out if the bodyguard hadn't got in her way or if he was wearing some kind of wig or hair piece that she could pull to bring him down. Beyonce has nothing to be afraid of.
It doesn't have to be a physical threat. She could be afraid of Jay ruining her image, career, power etc. We all know her career shot up after Jay got involved.
I doubt it. That would only keep this story in the press for longer. I'm sure there will be some sort of settlement made outside of court, but I couldn't see Bey or Jay or Solange wanting to bring the hotel to court.

Actually the "normal" thing to do would be to stop both from fighting. As you can see Solange is the only aggressor. But not everyone deals with stress the same way. I think bey kept composed because of the bodyguard/cameras. I'm just surprised she almost didn't seem phased by it.
