For those saying Bey does get involved, watch the video on TMZ. After the bodyguard gets her, she kicks again, Jay grabs her leg, and Bey gets in and makes him let go.
To me it looks like she gets in and protects Jay Z from Solange. Her back is towards him and she gets in between for a while. She doesn't look shocked though - so I'm thinking this wasn't the first time it happened.
It irks me that Bey never expresses what she's truly feeling. Maybe Solange took it upon herself to convey Bey's true feelings towards Jay? Maybe that's why Bey was so unfazed at her sister lashing out at her man.

Otherwise Bey wouldnt be so unphased AND she wouldnt have entered the car with Solange.
Or Beyonce decided to ride with her sister so she can calm her down and see what was going on. She is the link between both and she would be the one that can settle this argument.
Although mess at some of the same people on here who say Beyoncé is the most PR oriented person and not herself in public to maintain her image, yet NOW you expect her to get in some public BRAWL
