ANYTHING is better then this.. even a 3rd world country would appease beautiful visuals and iconic backdrops. London is bland and basic.. You better believe i will not watch!
the Olympic Stadium capacity was recently reduced to 60,000 and for the last 4 Olympics no stadium was under 80,000 and it'd cost money to upgrade it again or any other stadium to meet the requirement (if there was any)
several venues for 2012 were removed to make place for urban development.
I think London might be done with Olympics for a while
I mean, if their choosing from previous venues, they shouldn't choose the most recent. Athens, Beijing, Sydney, Atlanta, Toronto, L.A, and few more are all reasonable places for the Olympics.
London did an amazing job. And it was clear from the Brazilian part of the closing ceremony that Brazils contribution was going to be a hot mess. Theyre too busy cutting down the rainforests and mass murdering their jungle tribes to worry about sportsmanship.
