lol. You don't really get to choose. Especially when you are new, since the AP classes are reserved for veteran teachers generally.

Most of the teachers, even in large high schools, end up teaching a minimum of 3 subjects. In the biggest they might get away with two.

The two teachers I worked with during my student teaching taught:
1. US Government, AP US Government, and AP US History
2. US Government, World Civilizations (modern), and World Civilizations (ancient).

And thats weird, where im from the history teachers only taught one subject. Like thats partially why I said that I would prefer past 1865, because that was an actual course. I guess our education systems are different.

And for the rest, they taught one or two subjects.
