Generally sleeper hits come from less popular artists (Lights, Just Dance) or are downtempo (Mr. Know It All), meaning radio latches onto them slowly. That's not the case here: Katy's getting plenty of radio play but her sales and streaming are the pits; the GP just doesn't seem to be here for it. It's possible things could turn around and it is still posting positive gains on iTunes, so the situation isn't
completely bleak, but it seems increasingly unlikely that this will smash.
(Also I didn't report you and I have no idea who did. I'd guess it was for off-topic, even though it wasn't really, but I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you get a visit from ATRL-o-Matic.)
