Sis, that's the kanji for "kokoro" = heart, not "fu" and the "ha" is being used as a particle (I think??) so it's pronounced as "wa". The first bit says "boku no" but I can't with learning 3000 distinct characters so idk the last kanji, but it looks like some kind of lyric about something being done to the heart. Maybe broken or something but idk? My japanese sucks.
