I think some major artists could do, obviously most of the industry (non-popular artists, flops, one-hit wonders, etc) couldn't because they don't have that grab that'd make someone pay for their music instead of wait.
It's also gonna be so sad seeing stores stop selling Physical CD's when Streaming takes over, and they go away like CD Singles.
