I was confused about this SITUATION, so I read though some posts, I agree with eddy. I am sure "No Report In Base" is still good. Because this is the only rule we must follow. We can have different views, but all of us must feel safe in our base. I don't care what you do in the other bases, when you are close to the edge of the glory, you can always come back to our holy base. Let's stop suspicions.
Lurkers are another story though.

Edit: I never reported anybody, and lucky I was never reported neither.
