I hope the Letterman interview is a good one. I don't expect it to move numbers, but I'd like to know more about the album. I hope they have more planned. It feels as though momentum is slipping, although we know things are just getting started.
I was really hoping for a new uptempo single to help promote the album! It would've been perfect to put one out this week, preorder only, and get the new single now kinda thing, sometimes I wonder why they just don't do the things that make logical sense. She could have promoted the single as well as gotten a lot more preorders for the album I just don't get it!

Cry. sounds like it will be a ballad (from the song title), but if it is, it will be interesting that Mariah chose it as the opening track. I'm intrigued because she she usually has uptempos to open her albums.

I'm actually really excited for Cry.! I'm hoping it's similar in tempo/vibe to Betcha Gon' Know since they're both opening tracks

Not sure about the one with Wale. Feel like it's going to be a rehash of old. I hope I'm wrong. I'm also curious to see what she did with One More Try. "There ain't no joy for an uptown boy" wonder if she will change the lyrics? That song is such a classic, hope she did her thing!!!
