Lady Gaga’s artRAVE the ARTPOP ball concert originally scheduled for May 15 at Verizon Center has been rescheduled for May 12 to allow for a potential Game 6 between the Washington Wizards and the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference semifinals of the NBA playoffs.

“We apologize to Lady Gaga and to her fans for any inconvenience in having to reschedule her show at Verizon Center,” said senior vice president and general manager of Verizon Center David Touhey. “We also want to thank her and her fans for their flexibility and understanding. Lady Gaga has been extremely accommodating in working with us to reschedule her tour date given the Wizards potential playoff game, and we are looking forward to her show.”

Tickets purchased for the original May 15 show will be honored for the rescheduled date. Fans wishing to purchase tickets may do so at livenation.com, all Ticketmaster outlets, the Verizon Center Box Office or charge by phone (800) 745-3000. Refunds, if required, will be available at the original point of purchase.

The Swine would not fit with this rave theme at all.

I like the idea of a giant sea shell, but they'd have to add extra rigging to let it lower from the ceiling. I wonder if they can add that even though the tour is beginning.

I don't think she can change from Aura outfit into MJH outfit and then back into the Aura outfit for Alejandro, though.

She can leave the current outfit in the BTW-trash bin anyway.

Fame Ball.. scheduled for April was moved to September because of American Idol.
Born This Way Ball was completely canceled..
Now this tour is rescheduled last minute.

I GIVE UP.

This is literally me. This is the third time for me too
I had a meet and greet back in 2009 and the show was canceled.
BTWB was canceled.
artRave rescheduled and I'm leaving for vacation that day.

No, but her team COULD'VE left the Philly date alone, and rescheduled the DC date for later in the summer instead of screwing over people from both dates at once..

I work on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday.. there's no way I can make it.. and the friend who I was going with is going to be in Puerto Rico Sunday and Monday and can't even make it for the rescheduled date.. :/
