What do you mean so? I asked for my rate to start in early May, I've been planning this since March.

I'm sorry if I'm giving you attitude but I've said I wanted to do this rate since March and I said I wanted to do it in May and all you say is "I don't remember"?

Now you just asked me if you approved, but I didn't know you had to approve it, the OP doesn't have any rules to start a RATE all it has is a list of previous rates. Now if you hadn't ignore me in March you would had told me what I need to make a rate and you would remember now.

At first I was discussing since I was looking for artists but then I said I wanted to save a spot meaning it wasn't a discussing anymore it was happening.

If you had looked, though, you would have seen that OPs and I go back and forth until we get the right rates/timing down for each individual poster. So I do approve every rate that goes on.

And do rates normally include unreleased songs? Because they have a bunch but I doubt the causal listeners have heard them so I don't really know if I should include them

For discography rates, typically no. But the OP of the Ke$ha discography rate made a poll on ATRL's top 10 favorite unreleased Ke$ha songs and he used those in the rate. So it's up to you!
