At the time of voting, individuals must be at least 13 years of age or older to vote,
legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia and cannot be an employee, agent or representative of Country Music Television Inc. or Viacom Media Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (collectively, "VMN"), Viacom Inc., or any of their respective parent companies, affiliate or related companies.
