Don't go that path please. She's a singer, she should know when to sing and when to dance.
The chorus of Paparazzi was backing track and the only thing she was doing was walking a striking a pose, there's no heavy dancing there...

A rave isn't the type of live performance I enjoy and I have a strong moral objection to the promotion of illegal substances so I won't be reviewing it. Having said that from the clips I have seen, she doesn't look bad. She looks healthy and I'm sure it will be a fun show for her fans.

Yeah, some people are so focused on what they want that they're ignoring the great parts of the show. Not everything can go the way you want it, and you have to look at this tour from a logical standpoint.

She's still singing live? The show is relentless and non-stop, so backing tracks will be used to keep the vocals as loud as they can be. It's a common practice.

So you're just going to ignore the entire stage, which is innovative, because she didn't have a few plastic pieces of meat hanging around?

Plus, implementing technology in her outfits is such a classic hallmark of hers at this point. I know people hate on her ~gimmicks! but **** that, it doesn't feel like a true Gaga spectacle if the bubbles/fire breathing bra-type stuff isn't there.
|
I love those outfits as well, but this tour is less of an "art gallery" and more of a party. The focus is on the production and Gaga herself as opposed to the "gimmicks". When you have a stage as grandiose as this one, you don't really need fire coming out of your boobs. Who knows, though, there are rumors the set list could possibly change because she rehearsed so much material, so there might be things we haven't seen.

Last night, a girl two people away from me smoked at least 4 joints right in the middle of General Admission that she got in somehow. Also a cigarette and Molly.
Another straight couple next to me smuggled in a couple small shot bottles and an e-cig filled with weed.
All they did when we entered was go through a metal detector and QUICKLY (and I mean quickly) search a bag if you had it.

MJH - The marijuana leaves confetti.
Not to mention raves are synonymous with illegal substances. The fact people are even getting checked for drugs isn't common practice for a concert. A few pages back someone was talking about hoping they can sneak their MDMA in.
You asked if I was writing a review (jokingly I admit) but you still got an answer, usually i would have but as i said, I'm morally against what this show stands for. That goes for any "rave" aswell. So I won't be reviewing it. I followed with something positive - she looks good and I'm sure her fans will enjoy it.

Yeah, but I'd rather listen to her singing the Paparazzi chorus like she used to instead of a backing vocal doing the work.
And she would be less tired if she stops screaming "NOW JUMP!" every 5 second, I mean, I want to party my own way, don't tell me to jump and to put my hands up all the time!

She's been doing that since her first show and the crowd loves it because it amps everyone up. If you're not used to it by now, leave.

You would be morally against acceptance, fun, love, and unity.
There is not one section where she's promoting anything illegal. MJH is about her life, not the promotion of drugs, and marijuana is legal in some places nowadays and the stigma surrounding it is fading. At least she didn't scream about Molly to the crowd.

Sorry you had to deal with that. That was just rude of those girls to do that in an area full of people.

No, she's not, and don't tell me to leave just because you can't accept my point of view.

It's ok, I'm pretty sure she was like in high school still and thought she was cool. And she was friends with one of the "YASSSSSSS GAGA YASSSSS YOU'RE PERFECT" people I wanted to punch square in the face

I've attended The Fame Ball, Monster Ball, and BTW Ball.
She's been doing it since the beginning of her career.

You're perched on this thread replying to everyones comments who has something to say about the show that they didn't like. Is it necessary for you to do that?
Anyways, MJH is about drugs. I mean it's clear that it is, she has even mentioned that it's about weed.. further to that, if it wasn't you wouldn't have felt the need to say the sentence in bold. It is legal in some places now and when she performs in those places that section of the show would be acceptable on a legal level but in places where it's not, it's not cool. To me, It's still not cool, morally given the fact you'll find the places it's legal have an age limit to be able to use it and as I'm sure you're aware her show is not 18+
I was replying to the other member when it came to the drug searches, that wasn't my quote.
I am all for acceptance, fun, love, and unity I just don'tr think you need to be high to do it.
That's my opinion. You don't need to like it but it is what it is. It's certainly not necessary for you to spend your time quoting page after page of anyone who has a concise criticism about how they feel about the show and telling them they are wrong.
FYI: the gaga fans have been much harsher than myself. I like what I have seen so far. I'm just morally against some of the themes. My partner is a massive fan and we have very expensive tickets - I'm now giving mine to one of his friends because this is a concept Im actually genuinly morally against.

Yes, I'm perched in a thread about my fave's tour, replying to people talking about my fave.
Meanwhile, you stan Miley, who is selling marijuana rolling papers at her tour, which is the actual definition of "promoting drugs".
The transparency. I'm sure your "partner" will have a great time.

I disagree with Miley too and I won't be seeing her either.
I disgaree with the theme but from what I have seen I like the show, just like gaga.
Honestly, you guys are ignoring half my comments. How many times do you need to me say I like what I have seen.
Where's the transparency. I like the show. Ya'll complain that I'm a hater but when I say I like something, Ya'll complain too.

Ya'll are getting messy
No one clock the tour until you see it in person. No one around me hated it, even the straight man who was dragged there was taking video and loving it :P.
And yes, there were lots of smaller children there that I saw, as well as people my grandparents' age (not sure how much they enjoyed it...).
