I'd like to say Rihanna, Hilarry Duff, Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers, and High School Musical cast.. But it doesn't mean that i hate them, especially Rihanna, but they are just so overrated..

I find Beyonce really overrated. She's good, ok, but she isn't as good as everyone preaches.
Same case with Coldplay

Yes. Isn't it funny that I can love the Beatles AND Oasis? It's ****ing unheard of.
Get a grip. They're both great. I just love finding people who dont love the Beatles (as well as other universally popular things), because, for me, the continuous dick sucking since 1964 has gotten a bit ridiculous. And I absolutely LOVE the Beatles. I simply respect the people that dont, and that's more than a lot of indie hipster/musical elitist/old fogey asshole snobs can say.

I personally don't understand how anyone can care about Vida La whatever when IN RAINBOWS like just came out? Why go after the xerox when the original is around - and in much better quality?

Go beyond the top 40 scene? Or mediocre mainstream RnB? Good music isn't even hidden, which is why this attitude is really upsetting.

Maybe because, for me, VLV was listneable, whereas In Rainbows was not. The simple equation of music  .

I KNOW. As bad as it sounds, I don't find much of the classic rock (all of it, AC/DC, The Beatles, Radiohead...etc.) very appealing and I feel like, especially in the case of the Beatles, they were the only thing available, the only alternative at that, therefore they were instantly made famous. Honestly, their music ZZZ to me.

jonas brothers for sure.. all the little girls are screaming so loud that you can't hear what absolutely terrible voices they have. in burning up it sounds like they are being molested or something.

Too many people have that attitude which is why good music never gets popular. It is sad really.
I think AC/DC is a bit overrated as well. They have a few good songs in my opinion but I think a vast majority of their stuff is garbage.

And so many people's definitions of good music are ... well, stupid? Or, at least, really pedestrian? Lord knows I love Kylie and Mariah, but, like, they're not the be all, end all, you know?
And Led Zeppelin. And Simon & Garfunkel. AND ****IN KATY PERRY. Like, again, doesn't Lily Allen have a new album coming out? So why accept the reject version?
