Well it is but BTWB was over 2 hrs...not that I'm complaining tho but she could fit like 2 more songs
Maybe this show was shortened indeed.
I think its because of the constant energy she's maintaining on artRave. She has small breaks during interludes, costume changes, banner or playing the piano. Born This Way Ball she was doing this, but songs like Highway Unicorn, Bloody Mary and Heavy Metal Lover seem to be..... extended break songs
I feel so sorry for the monsters I already saw some of the outfits, the stage and the lights of the concert and it was all so underwhelming. She needs to improve her live vocals too; at least in that new song Partynauseous.
I'm sure she will improve the show; this was the first one afterall.

I'm getting to like it. I like the rave style idea she is aiming for. I like that she has created a stage that comes out to the audience but also feel sorry for those that are standing at times. The setlist could be tweaked around a little, I feel Scheiße could be a good rave track. Costumes are fine, nothing too ott. I miss the classic middle part of her tours though where it's just her and her piano and it feels like you're in a bar. But it still slays!
I think this tour looks fantastic, better than the BTW Ball tour IMO. The problem I had with that tour is that the castle was like a giant polly pocket, it didn't serve a huge purpose and was kind of taking up most of the stage space. It looked pretty, but it was just a glorified backdrop.
This tour looks so much more like a party, with the whole crowd really being a part of it. It looks like a lot of fun.
