So what you expected was to be on the actual stage, obstructing the view of people in the audience? That literally would never work because of security reasons and, like, logical reasons. I think this is more of a case of you expecting more than what was promised.
Here's what was promised on the ticket site (Gaga was being a bit hyperbolic but what matters if what was actually advertised).
