It isn't elevated, their exit is if it was the same height as everyone in GA, it would be difficult for them to exit. GA will obviously not be allowed on their exit.
As for the second part of your post, do you seriously not get it? It's false advertising, plain and simple. The seats were advertised as being ON STAGE. $1,500 is a hell of a lot of money to pay and not get what you were promised.
You know what you should do? When you meet her and get to hug her after the rave, you should ask her about your chair not being elevated like promised.
