not really. she's saying idiots on stan forums don't really understand music, art theory or anything else required to digest art. they don't have the capacity to understand, either (most of the time).
it's just messy looking because of her unforgivable spelling errors and the vague "ART and POP" references no one except Gaga herself understands.
