I genuinely think she was inspired by Rih for parts of the album. Like Chem said there's some songs on it that are easily something Rih would do, but it's definitely not copying even if she was. Bey obviously had sex songs before but they were never as explicit as Partition or Drunk In Love, so I'd say she took a note from Rih to be more liberal in that sense and not worry about being PC/getting backlash. Of course Rih wasn't the first to have songs like that though so that doesn't prove anything, but it's not like it's something that needs to be proven anyway, the music is great and Rih has pointed out that Bey inspires her so it's no biggie either way.
