I'm from NOLA. lately, the singers who aren't doing essence have their concerts at the New Orleans Arena (Drake, Rihanna) which is much smaller than the Superdome. The Dome is saved for acts who can get a ton of people to show up ie One Direction, Bey and Jay etc. Their date is gonna sell out. It's been so long since Bey was there and the city wants to see her (and him) again.
