8/15/12:
TAYLOR SWIFT - We Are Never Ever Getting...: 50.114 (+ 44.164) (This could be considered it's first day gain too, since the plays from the day before were a bit unsolicited)
1/14/13:
JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE - Suit & Tie f/JAY Z: 0.751 (this was based off the airplay it got from the one hour of the previous day (it was released at 11PM and stations started playing it early))
1/15/13:
JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE Suit & Tie f/JAY Z: 39.454 (+ 38.703) (this is more of it's opening day even it's technically not it's debut)
5/7/2013:
MARIAH CAREY #Beautiful f/Miguel: 32.528 (official first day update)
So, depending on whether you count the 2nd days (which were the first full days of airplay) as their debuts, it could be the highest airplay opening since any of the three.
