I feel the stage got higher after that show. I remember there were some changes from the show in Manchester to The Monster Ball that we know. That Beetlejuice outfit slayed.

Arrive early and buy it, or wait until after the show. I can't speak for any other venue but at the shows I've been in Toronto they set up a table outside the venue a few hours before the show starts, and since the main arena is beside the subway even people walking by will sometimes buy stuff.
