Nah, she specifically said on Twitter that none are meant to be shady (even Katy's) at all.
It's actually one of the nicest descriptions. She's not laughing - it's other people that are laughing at her flopping and she thinks it's admirable that she keeps on and defends her art in the face of extreme backlash.
