But if people think it's cruelty (I am not saying ME, just some people) they won't want to buy it. And they should be able to have that right.
Also I have a random question: do you have a cactus in your avi because of tequila? Or are they unrelated?
Unrelated.
You're right, they have the right. They can choose not to eat at a Subway that serves halal meats. Simple as.
I don't think this is quite the thread to discuss reasons why I don't like the way Halal meat is killed.
How very convenient.
Clearly the market demand for Halal meat is strong than your personal demand for non-Halal meat. That's how the world works sometimes. You're not always going to be in the majority a company bases its business decisions off.

Lol. You'd think since you supposedly lived in London you'd know that a lot more people would prefer to eat non-halal meat than those who would rather eat halal.
Will they make all the Subways in one particular area Halal? Or will they have one that is Halal but have the one further down the road as the non-Halal Subway?
If it's the latter, I will put aside my complaints that I had about this.
cutting pork will cut customers though they should serve both...
Those 185 locations that used to serve ham most likely lost money selling ham, so they'd save more money simply changing the menu. The customers they'd lose would insignificantly dent Subway's profits.
