Its hilarious how the racist is the one berating others for making "assumptions". What assumptions did I make here? As I recall, I correctly predicted that you are not a frequent customer while their Muslim clientele are, hence why they are catering to them.
If you're so offended by the fact that there are in fact Muslims (with money!) inhabiting your precious white town, why don't you travel over to the Middle East and find yourself a Subway that serves bacon. Or a McDonalds in India that serves beef. They do exist. Why? Because of racist ignorant jerks like you who think your opinions are the only ones that matter and everyone else needs to deal with it so you can get what you want to have.

Uh, no they don't. The Muslims who go to non-halal places are people who don't practice/don't care about meat their doctrine forbids them to eat. The ones who DO care wouldn't step foot into a place that doesn't serve halal meat, and those are the people Subway is trying to target as their preferred demographic.

So you "correctly predicted" nothing as I go there for my lunch (or breakfast/ dinner) pretty much every day that I work. Keep making your inaccurate assumptions, though.
Trust me, I'm the FURTHEST thing from a racist. That's another one of your inaccurate assumptions. I could care less about who lives in my town. I've got friends of ALL cultures and races. White, Indian, Pakistan, Asian etc etc. That makes 3... 3 false assumptions.

If you read it properly you'd see that I said I work in the town with the Subway. So I can go multiple times a week, but, if they were to serve Halal only mean, and no ham/ bacon then I wouldn't be able to "walk a couple of blocks" to another Subway, because there isn't one. Do you understand, sweetie?

And yeah, subway probably did a study and after considering the profits they'll gain, they've decided to implement this. IMO, like some of y'all already said, only stores where the majority of the population is Muslim should implement this.

You do understand there's almost 2,000 Subway stores in the UK. Which means only 10% of the stores will be turning Halal, are you even sure your local Subway is part of the participating branches? You can not deny how both racist and islamophobic it is coming off for you to not want to give Muslims the ability to eat at selected stores.
You're complaining how hard it would be to "find another subway" because of how far your local one is.
You've got 2,000 stores to pick from. The Muslims have 200. Grow Up.
