I always thought Paula was the one telling Taylor to not like/comment/tweet fans to treat fans equally. (It's weird that Taylor would start thinking like that randomly in 2010..... she talked to a lot of fans before it didn't make sense to me). - Also to avoid starting drama if the media finds it.
Plus the media would not find Taylor's comments on IG unless they really wanted to.

People just assume she's talking about her because she's talking about how she had to move on from a friendship.
I think it might just be a general thought of her, Selena is not the only friend she's drown apart since highschool.
