I'm sure an NYC date will come sooner or later, it's weird that the NJ date doesn't have sale info yet either, I'm assuming it's because this is where the demand is highest and probably have double dates in place (since it was always supposed to be 20 dates but only 16 so far)

They only reserve a small block of tickets for presales though not the entire venue. Presales always either sell out, or leave the nosebleeds left.
