No? She's been charting the lower tier for about 4 of 5 seasons now? One would think they would stop coming in the thread with "I'm ready for Selena to slay" every season when the same outcome continues to happen.

In a shocking surprise, Selena Gomez & Justin Bieber have just dropped a COLLAB ALBUM. The two biggest stars in the world coming together for something like this is something the world never expected. After a highly public relationship, messy breakup & years of taking subtle digs & flatout insulting each other, it seems that the two superstars have officially buried the hatchet. It was suspected that they buried it when they both thanked each other in award show speeches. Their debut collaborative LP entitled “Elite” features five Selena Gomez songs & collaborations, five of Justin’s and three songs with the two of them together. Selena enlisted PartyNextDoor, Sampha, Tinashe to sing with her on tracks while Justin got French Montana, Big Sean & Jay-Z. The official statement from the two artists said “It’s more than an album. It’s a project. It’s a statement. It’s a body of work.” What statement are they making exactly?
Justin & Selena have yet to talk on the album, besides the random tweets they delivered which had the iTunes link. Immediately following the release, it seemed E!, MTV, VH1, Fuse, and TV Guide went into a blackout with normal programming and played the album for the hour block. The surprise reached even further, when Z100, 97.9, and 105.1 which are 3 of the biggest stations among the country also did a random blackout and played the album for an hour. DJ Charlemagne, DJ for 105.1 said "The album was a full exclusive. It was a rarity, that was selected to premiere in special places. iTunes was chosen Digitally, along with certain Music Channels being chosen TV wise, following select Radio Stations, and finally Best Buy was chosen for the Physical surprise release". Hyped Music Records regarded it as an "exclusive release between allies". The album will be available at Best Buy's starting in the morning, as workers are staying over the night to stock shelves. To prevent leaking with a physical store, the labels had the copies sent only to warehouses in few cities and then told stores at Midnight about the album, also telling them they could go to the location and sell the shipments in their stores.
However, Physical copies are not available WW yet and they are looking towards huge digital numbers. It's unknown to when the album will be available for Streaming. Both labels will be making statements following the release, along with the 2 stars.

In the midst of silence, and working on personal lives the 2 stars have came back out to the spotlight -- together -- with a new album. Justin Bieber, and Selena Gomez dropped a surprise album with 13 tracks to many surprise locations. The Urban directed album; with a "royal" theme is titled 'Elite'. Released randomly tonight; it's come as an utter shock. MANY music outlets previously hinted that a huge release was coming surprisingly similar to one previously; but nobody intended it would be them. Their last eras, despite ending a little early were quite recent.

The album comes following Justin's previous double-album era; "Crossing Paths" which launched 3 Top 3 Singles, and became the Top-Selling Album of the Year. The album is now airing across the channels MTV, VH1, E!, Fuse, and TV Guide as their regular programming has stopped. Z100, 97.9, and 105.5 are only playing the album for the next hour, and iTunes is COVERED in only banners for the album. Justin is expected to do an interview tonight on ABC, with Diane Sawyer discussing the album. It is not confirmed whether Selena Gomez will be there; and as of now the album has become the Top Trend on Twitter. "Elite" is trending at #1 WW, as the world remains shocked.
Justin has delivered hit studio albums, greatest hit albums, Christmas albums, Soundtracks, and Double Albums. He now returns on the scene, with a Collaborative Album.
