In most cases, I'd say sales also reflect quality if people feel it's good enough to buy.
Eh, most of the general public that listen to Top 40 leisurely don't care about quality.
Granted they're not going to listen to TRASH, it doesn't concern them if the music
they like is "good", as long as it's catchy and gets the job done.

Circus Tour remains bigger than any Bernard tour and with less dates. We will see if his upcoming tour will change that. Always having to chase Queen Britney's records.
