Please stop talking about katy and beyonce as if they're some kind of important entity. You wouldn't understand if you were from the US, but literally NO ONE cares about them here.
But Lebanon is more irrelevant than both Katy and Beyoncé.
Stans tend to think in very black and white terms (Rihanna is black, she's Beyonce's main competition; Katy is white, nothing to do with Beyonce) but Katy's success and the sound she brought to radio and iTunes since TD probably had more direct and negative impact on the performance of Beyonce's singles this decade than anything Rihanna has done.
I highly doubt it. Rihanna and Katy are more in competition than anything. They appeal to the same generation of listeners.
