In what month are you hoping it will be released? It's a fall single, and considering Birthday will likely get 0 promo and the music video is coming out this week, it's looking like it will be done by mid summer. There needs to be another in the middle, perhaps Walking On TopOfTheCharts?
For now though, Birthday is an important single.
