Monday night on the "Late Show," actress Courteney Cox sat down with David Letterman and gave the wrong answer to the question "Friends" fans have been asking for the last decade: Will there be a reunion? Cox said she has tried to coordinate a get-together in the past, but has found it to be nearly impossible.

On the bright side it's a slightly better than the creators response the other week who basically said it would NEVER happen . I still hold out hope something will come along one day...
I do understand their wariness though.
Matt Le Blanc is on Graham Norton this Friday, I'm hoping he'll get questioned about it, hopefully if they keep getting bugged so much it'll persuade them. Even if it's a sit together on Ellen or something to reminisce.

I don't ask for much, we don't need the show to come back or a movie just the 6 "Friends" sitting on a stage for an hour would be all I needed

Most Friends fans. Every other month a member of the cast is asked about it and they give the same answers. And the writers of the show have confirmed multiple times that a reunion isn't going to happen. Every year there's at least 3 articles "confirming" a Friends reunion, but the rumours are always shut down. It's old news and it's not going to happen.

Please have the facts before just assuming their careers aren't anything to call home about, Courtney is on Cougar Town, Matt LeBlanc is on Episodes, Lisa is on Wen Therapy, David is on Growing Up Fisher, Matthew Perry has another TV show in the works and Jennifer is constantly doing films

Of course I would adore a reunion episode/special or a movie, but I would definitely settle for a special hour long interview or something. I really think they might do that one day at the very least.
Ellen has hinted at wanting to do it on her show before (and she's really good friends with Jen, she even asked her about it when she co-hosted the show with her last year), so I think it's a possibility one day.

I can't see them all just dying one day without ever giving the show a final goodbye or whatever. They've all said multiple times it was the best time of their lives and best part of their careers, so it clearly means loads to them all. So that's what leads me to believe they'll at least all sit together one day and just discuss how iconic and amazing it was for all of them!
