Madonna isnt really the "queen" she was, at least not in the US(even Worldwide she isnt as popular as she once was, shes not the most successful artist at the moment, so fans should stop acting like it. Non-offence Madonna fans, im not trying to start anything. I respect Madonna and everything shes done in the music industry is amazing.

Um, she currently has one of the Top 10 best selling albums of the year and the #1 single for 11 consecutive weeks. I don't know what's your definition of "popularity". She doesn't have to be THE artist of the moment to keep her title but being in the business for 25 years and still remain relevant and competitive to today's youngest acts is what makes her a Queen and nobody can deny that.

im not denying thats she has accomplished amazing feats, but she isnt as big as she once was. Mostly i was speaking in US terms when making my comment, she is still a big success worldwide but there are more successful artists at the moment. i didnt mean she isnt the "queen of pop" im just saying the successes that made her the queen are far above what she is accomplishing today.

Umm... Hard Candy is higher than Spirit on the worldwide chart. 4 Minutes is higher than Bleeding Love. Better in Time is hardly a smash. And more people know Madonna than Leona. So no.
