Katy Perry's biggest talent is money making ability. She's not a great singer, but a decent one. She's not a great musician either or actress, but she's doing everything she should be doing in order to be a successful pop star and that is something that she should be praised for the most.

I mean almost all of her singles are co-written with multiple writers and those she did (apparently) aren't even comparable to her multiple smash hits.
She can't perform well live. She can do justice to her songs acoustically but who can't do that?
She is constantly out of breath without even busting out some complex moves
