Kelly should have hopped on Sia back in 2011 with Stronger when she still had it. Unless we get something like Chandelier of course. However Greg is involved so it'll probably be more like Stronger 4.0

I feel like Greg has potential if they're going for a more instrumental, soulful feel for this upcoming album. If they want it to be electric, then they need to avoid Greg for dear life.

Lol I don't know how you guys haven't noticed this yet, but Greg Kurstin is going to becomes Kelly's Dr.Luke and Kelly is going to become Greg's Katy Perry. I can see Kelly working with Greg for a long time, and RCA would for sure allow it, since Greg is becoming one of the top producers right now.

I'm just worried that their material is going to be formulaic rather than raw quality. I would like a combination of both.

Oh, I didn't know Greg was confirmed for the next studio album as well. I'm okay with him; his electronic work with Lily Allen is amazing. The problem is Kelly's pigeon-holed view of what she can do and what other sounds she can work with.

After Kelly covered Breathe Me, Sia kinda fangirled and said she had been trying to write Kelly a hit. She also said like last year that she thinks Kelly recorded a song that her and Greg wrote. I hope it makes the album.

Sia is mainly a writer and Luke is mainly a producer, they can't really be compared. If anything, Greg will be taking over Luke's celebrity, not Sia.

I don't think Kelly will stick with Greg for the long run however, she likes diversity too much.

I think diversity is a reason she might work with Greg for a while though, Greg is really great at doing different kinds of songs. I was really impressed by his work on WIR

I'm really hoping for a relatable love ballad on her next album, like Christina Perri's A Thousand Years or Katy's Unconditionally (I know I know, it flopped like a Lotus but I still love it ). I want her to have a non boy-bashing/empowering smash this era.

You mean the "ooohooh"'s? I think they are in the YouTube film named with "GREAT QUALITY" next to the song title but I couldn't find that one, too. Glad I've downloaded it to my PC. I would totally help you but my internet connection sucks and my upload speed is 10 kb per second.

Ha thankyou for replying, I sorted youtube in date order and started from the beginning, I hadn't had the patience to that yet. Thanks for your help though Found a video, not great quality but it's a start, I love the way she sings those notes.

I never said that it bothered me. I love depressed Kelly. There is a reason why My December is still my favorite album of hers. When the rumors started about Brandon cheating, I was secretly hoping it was true.... just so that we could get another my december. I know I'm horrible. I don't care.
