I was 14, and I saw it live.
And then a few weeks later, I step into the convenience store to buy some bus tickets early in the morning, and as soon as I turned around, I saw the Daily News with Britney on the front page:

"Britney crazy Vegas marriage with her high school sweetheart"

The message is nice, and certainly works for Brit, but the execution (both vocally and production-wise) is rather awful.
