He still has months to go until the song reaches the top of HAC (assuming it continues climbing). Although it's in Top 10, it's still 3K spins away from #1. I'm sure the promo tomorrow w/ album pre-order will help the song. And if Interscope would release it to Pop now.
I don't think Sing would have gotten the same support if it would just be Ed Sheeran. Yeah I think the song would still do well, but it's crazy updates I think are due to Pharell. Pharell having a HUGE hit with Happy, also Blurred Lines and Get Lucky. It doesn't surprise me really
