But to be honest Gaga is truly a PHENOMENON in declining. I've never in my life witnessed something fall so drastically. She managed to build and empire of delusional monsters who followed her act blindly and with ARTPOP she managed to :

1) make horrible music
2) flop with said horrible music
3) provide bad performances and countless of worthless promo
4) lose like half of her stanbase
5) get in a fight with half of her professional team and fire them all
6) get into a state of severe depression (this was an excuse from a monster why she's flopping)
7) failed to make even the slightest of impact with G.U.Y. although she wasted huge amounts of money (and water for that matter) for the music video which was supposed to be her rise)
8) get completely obliterated by Katy Perry in every aspect (even album selling which was supposed to be Gaga's thing and soon touring probably)

And now, after all this suffering that the monsters have experienced, after this damn era the FIRST thing they THINK they have on Katy with this payola business just turns out to be a couple of monsters in their basements impersonating a radio station?

I'm beyond words.
