Exactly, and her nose looks the same now as it did a few years ago. I think there's some pics from The Fame era where it looks bigger, but I think a lot of it comes down to makeup and stuff.
And yes
I really hope they're temporary and fade away, and she just stops getting them. That comparison of her on the Today Show from 2008 and from this year really shows the difference they've made
