Yes it debuted at #5 in UK but is #13 already in midweeks in just its 2nd week. Meanwhile Happy has sold over 1.3 mill in UK and is 6x platinum in Australia. So yeah, this is where the Happy comparison gets ridiculous.

well Iggy is still a newcomer so idk what you were expecting. Fancy is her first song that ever charted on hot 100 and now it is close to the top 10, and that is impressive. Also that's just how uk charts work, most songs fall a lot on their second week.
I dont think it can pull a Happy since it's crossover is weak, but it may, and probably will, be a hit. And not just a moderate hit. I think it will peak inside the top 10, maybe even #1 if radio jumps on it.
And about what you said, just because a song is small WW, doesnt mean it cant smash UK. Just look at Team!
