There were two directors for Roar. Grady Hall, being one of them, has directed a lot of great videos and movies. He just won a VMA last year for Capital Cities' "Safe & Sound," and I thought that was a good video imo
I love the idea of her being a psychopath in the video, it should be her preparing for a birthday party for the entire video (baking a cake, blowing up balloons, hanging up streamers etc) and then ending with the camera panning to a man she's got tied up to a chair as she pops two balloons in front of her boobs Sort of like the video for Pretty Baby by Vanessa Carlton:

Finally I'm getting into this song I thought It's going to be huge only in the USA and It will flop hard here in Europe but I heard it on the radio three times yesterday which I barely listen to. I'm really suprised how quickly they jumped on this song because I heard Dark Horse like one month ago for the first time.
